코에이의 1990년작 나폴레옹 전쟁의 역사 시뮬레이션 게임. 코에이의 역사시뮬레이션 시리즈와 비슷하면서도 다른 개성이 있었으나, 결국 후속작은 나오지 않았다. 기본적으로는 Liberty or Death 등과 서구권을 노린 게임으로 보이지만, 정작 서구권의 평이 좋지 않았다
