울티마 시리즈의 두 번째 작품. 부제는 '여마법사의 복수'. 몬데인이 결혼한 제자 겸 연인인 미낵스가 적이다. 말 그대로 몬데인의 복수를 하려는 마녀 미낵스를 막는 것이 게임의 목표. 이방인은 지구의 4개의 시대를 돌아다니며 단서와 아이템을 구해 미낵스를 물리쳐야 한다.
