1994년 7월 15일에 발매된 파랜드 스토리 시리즈의 세번째 이야기로, 부제는 천사의 눈물. 아크왕 시리즈의 마지막 작품이다. 메인 스토리는 세계를 정복하려는 어둠의 신 디메톨과의 대결이며 작중 시점은 전작에서 2년 후다. 전작인 2편이 1편의 확장팩 수준에 그쳤다면 3편은 그래픽과 스토리 양면에서 많이 발전했다.
