대만의 게임 제작사 T-time Technology(중문: 光譜資訊(광보자신))에서 개발한 삼국지를 보드 게임식으로 만든 DOS용 게임. 원제는 부갑천하(富甲天下). 실제로 한국에서는 폭소삼국지2로 발매되었는데, 다른 대만 회사의 비슷한 삼국지 보드게임을 폭소삼국지로 발매했고 부갑천하를 폭소삼국지2로 그냥 발매해 버린 것이다.
